Completion of this 30-45 minute, asychronous online orientation is required in order for UMD undergraduate students to receive access to the Intern for a Day student application each semester.  Students have until Sunday, October 9 at 11:59pm to complete this orientation.  Visit go.umd.edu/ifad for more details.

What to Expect:
The purpose of this mandatory orientation is to give University of Maryland undergraduate students insight into how the Intern for a Day process works and how to best prepare for a job shadowing or virtual informational interviewing opportunity if we are able to match you with a professional through the program.  It should take you approximately 30-45 minutes to complete the orientation.

You can find the dates and deadlines associated with completing this orientation for the current semester at go.umd.edu/ifad.  After viewing all content and completing all "assignments" (3 quizzes, 1 activity) with full scores within this orientation, you will receive the Intern for a Day application in the days after the orientation closes.
